About The President

Prince Akintoye Adeoye LL.B, BL, LL.M, B.TH.

Akintoye F. Adeoye Esq. is an accomplished property developer and legal expert with extensive education and experience in law and theology. He holds degrees from Obafemi Awolowo University, Nigeria, and has been admitted to the Nigerian Bar since 1993.

The Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria (REDAN) is the principal agency and umbrella body of the organized private sector (public and private) responsible for housing development in Nigeria, having been conferred with official recognition by the Federal Government of Nigeria since November 2002

Akintoye’s professional journey includes attending prestigious programs such as those at Lagos Business School, IESE Business School in Spain, and National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies, among others. He is a seasoned mediator accredited by the Lagos Multi-Door Court House and has participated in real estate ventures globally.


Currently serving as the Deputy President at Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria (REDAN), Akintoye boasts memberships in various legal and housing institutes. He leads organizations like Adeoye, Ademuwagun & Co., and directs New Creation Properties Limited and Wisdom Property Limited.


With over three decades of expertise, Akintoye specializes in strategy, legal matters, property acquisition, investment management, and real estate development across residential, industrial, educational, and agricultural sectors. He excels in corporate governance, turnaround management, sales, marketing, and asset management.


Akintoye’s hands-on leadership style ensures meticulous attention to detail and quality across all projects. His ability to envision and execute innovative ideas has consistently driven profitability and success for his ventures. Currently overseeing WealthColony Investment Club LLP (UK), Akintoye prioritizes financial freedom for subscribers while maintaining a focus on sustainability and return on investment.
